The Gallatin Canyon County Water & Sewer District is soliciting Statement of Qualifications (“SOQs”) from interested and qualified consulting firms for wastewater collection and reuse water distribution system engineering design and construction administration services.

 

Interested firms may review and download the full RFQ here. The selection will be based upon the written proposal and interview if applicable. Questions and responses should be directed to: Scott Altman, District President, via email at gallatincanyonwsd@gmail.com.

 

All responses must be submitted no later than 3:00 PM on Wednesday, November 30, 2022. Three printed and one digital copy (PDF format on CD or thumb drive) of their Statement of Qualifications in an enclosed envelope titled “Gallatin Canyon Sewer SOQ” to the Big Sky County Water & Sewer District office:

This solicitation is being offered in accordance with federal and state requirements governing the procurement of professional services. The terms and scope of the contract will be negotiated between the District and the highest ranked prospective consultant. If the District and prospective consultant fail to reach a contractual agreement, the District reserves the right to negotiate a contract with any other finalist. The District also reserves the right to reject any, and all responses at its discretion.

Responses to RFQ-related questions:

 

  • In response to a question asking if the District plans on continuing working with WGM Group, Scott Altman, District President, replied “We have been working with WGM on past PER’s. We have been happy with their work, however this in an open RFQ and we will give a fair evaluation to everything we receive.”
